Common questions

Does my discount apply to everything?

Yes, trade pricing applies storewide the moment you are logged in, with no code to enter. For bulk quantities, project pricing or delivery outside standard zones, request a quote and the team will price it for you.

Do I need to have bought from HYBUILT before?

No. Unlike most suppliers, we do not require a purchase history. A valid ABN in a related trade is all you need.

What about payment terms, take-offs and engineering help?

Talk to the team about account options when you apply. Members get help with take-offs, post spacing, drainage requirements and RPEQ certified engineering questions. The installation guides and wall height guide cover the fundamentals.
