As well as our stocked 150UC23 and 150PFC heavy duty posts, HYBUILT can supply heavy duty galvanised steel posts in a range of other sections and sizes. Made from hot dip galvanised steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long term performance in the Queensland climate, these are the posts we supply when an engineer has nominated a section outside our standard range.

Engineering and approvals
Heavy duty posts are used on engineered walls. Walls over about 1 metre high commonly need council approval and an engineered design, and approval can also be triggered by loads behind the wall, a slope above it, or the wall sitting close to a building, a boundary or another wall. Thresholds and conditions vary by council across South East Queensland and Northern NSW, so please confirm the requirements with your local council or a building certifier before you start. Send us your engineer's drawings and our team will match the post section, the length and the pier depth to that design.

Posts in this range are heavy. Plan machine lifting, and set out the pier holes and post spacings from your engineered drawings rather than from our standard wall guides.
Delivery Notes
Depending on the order size HYBUILT can usually deliver your materials within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. To efficiently carry out these duties HYBUILT operates an entire fleet of crane trucks in a variety of sizes to suit both load size and/or potential access constraints. Please note that there is delivery charges involved and this will depend on load size, distance and potential access constraints. We deliver to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW
